Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you order, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

  • All the purchases will be non-refundable.
  • If any product you have ordered from us is damaged or defective—you may exchange the product.
Need to Exchange? – Few points to remember :

  • The product should be unwashed and unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.
  • The exchange is valid within 3 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
  • Exchange is not valid on discounted products.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE IF THE DRESS DOES NOT SUIT YOU.
  • SALE ITEMS ARE UNEXCHANGEABLE/ NON-RETURNABLE.
  • Once received, our team will study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the label should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a picture at info@sunnakhi.com
  • All products that need to be exchanged shall be shipped within 48 hours of receiving a reply (by e-mail) regarding the issue.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Also, kindly use a reliable courier service.

Products at SUNNAKHI are designer made, intricately crafted and the Fabric is sourced from various parts of India, there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors. While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
The measurements provided in the size chart are indicative. Actual sizes may differ.


Cancellation Policy:

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on info@sunnakhi.com

Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. In case of cancellation due any change of plans, Sunnakhi reserves the right to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
